Refund & Replacement Policies

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving yours. Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that is lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: Trackeye will not be held liable to any lost  parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

 

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately within 24 hour after the order was placed, even if you contact us within this period, we do not assure you that your order can be canceled, the customer is warned and it is your responsibility to be totally sure before making a purchase. Send us an e-mail within 24 hour and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hour window and/or because of automatic the processing and shipping reasons, even if you contact us within this period, we do not assure you that your order can be canceled, the customer is warned and it is your responsibility to be totally sure before making a purchase.

Processing time

Processing time is up to 4 business days, but may be subject to increase if we receive a high demand for products. This increase in processing time can be extended up to 6 business days without prior notice.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5 to 12 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 20 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. Shipping times described above correspond to Standard Shipping. If the shipment suffers any delay it is the total responsibility of the corresponding shipping company and not of Synoz.co , our times are estimated and are offered by the respective shipping companies. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If you chose the Premium Shipping at the time of purchase, but it is not available at the time of sending your item, it will be sent with Standard Shipping without prior notice.
