  • You can return an item up to 30 days after you purchased it.
  • Products must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
  • You will receive a full refund for the product within 10 business days from the time your return is received. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, you will receive a full refund less our original shipping cost to you. However, if we made an error, you will not be charged for shipping.
  • No returns of Sale, Clearance or Closeout items. Sorry! Those sales are final.
  • Any shipping problems (for example, missing, damaged or incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.

Falcon upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. You may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt, restrictions apply.

You will need to notify us about the refund and follow the instructions to return the item back to Falcon, Please contact us by email at falconshopus@gmail.com  then you will receive the return instructions, items have to be received in the warehouse before the 30 days guarantee expires.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method for the purchase price, deducting shipping charges. Repack the product(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original shipping box if possible.

If you desire to provide the shipping please let us know beforehand so no shipping charges are deducted from total refund. Please repack the product(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories and ship it back to us, please use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your package (tracking number must be provided to falconshopus@gmail.com  ), Falcon is not responsable for lost packages when shipping is provided by the customer.

Please make sure to ship back the package in it's original condition and clean, any damages to the package/product or missing accessories will be deducted from your total refund amount (30-day guarantee money back does not cover damages, lost accessories and cleaning services)

Falcon is not responsable for stolen or lost packages at delivery destinations, all packages are insured with USPS shipping protection including a tracking number attached to your package shipping, keeping you updated along the way.

Once your package has been received, your package will be inspected and your refund processed within 1 business day. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
